In my previous post titled Current status of Nanotechnology Law, I wrote:

"US EPA has attempted to regulate Nanotech products as new chemicals under which has a significant new use."

The above sentences are supposed to read:

"US EPA has attempted to regulate Nanotech products either as new chemicals or as an existing substance which has a significant new use." 

This correction is made to avoid confusion.
